Introductions and figuring out how Squarespace works
Alright second attempt at this because apparently I didn’t save it correctly the first time and ruined everything.
Hey there! I’m Mitsota101, professional internet retard and neet extraordinaire. I go around the internet collecting interesting (and usually incorrect factoids) and then spread them as gospel. I also play a lot of video games, card games, and board games, and I’m known for collecting video games and video game hardware, and modifying them in various interesting and useful ways. I will prolly be documenting these processes here in the future a lot of the time they’re interesting and cool, at least, for my cool brand of autism.
Natrually I’m also a disgusting furry who promotes horrible fetish content and disgusting pornogrphies, you can find those on my twitter and bluesky linked on the home page. You can find a bunch of video game gameplay on my youtube, and various other miscellaneous trash. I’ll prolly clean that up here soon to align with the blog and make more scripted, structured content. Got a twitch too that I’ll start using more, to stream grames and hardware mods and shit.
On another, completely unrelated note I want to fucking bitch about this new blog and website. When I bought this domain and it’s sister domain, TheDumspter.net , I bought them through Google Domains and paid a small free, about $10 a year for each domain and for a home page hosted for them. I didn’t think much of it, I squated on my domains just to have a couple funny webzones, I thought it was cool. Now that I come back to check on it, I’ve discovered that Squarespace bought out Google Domains and as part of this move both my websites got taken down and I now pay $20 a year each for those domains, totaling $40 a year. Just to squat on my domains.
Now if I want those domains to ACTUALLY FUCKING EXIST AS WEBSITES I have to pay that domain fee, and then pay an additional $200 A FUCKING YEAR, PER DOMAIN, in order to have even a basic home page for either of my websites. it’s really bullshit. And on top of this I can no longer host pornographic and obscene content, which is a large part of my online prescience. For now I’ll continue to use Squarespace because I had to pay for it to get my homepage back up and get my email forwarding set up but I’ll be shopping around, particularly for hosting companies that aren’t going to nuke me for talking about my lovense sponsorships and my love of the leisure suit larry video games.
